Park Renovation

At the end of 2018, the Board discussed participating in the Southern Nevada Water Authority rebate program. In this program, the Board will receive a rebate amount of $3.00 per square foot of grass removed.At April's meeting, the Board reviewed proposals from vendor and approved Gothic Landscapes renovation and proposal.

At the same time, the contractor will be flush cutting the Oleanders on the north side of the park. With flush cutting the Oleanders, this will provide new fresh growth

Park Renovation is expected to be completed b the 1st of June ( See below mock up)
