Roofing The Board of Directors are aware of the current roofing damage at the complex.The have been working with contractors to make an educated decision. A roofing contractor has been assigned and repairs are expected to begin the first week of September. As the roof condition is an eyesore to the complex,the contractor has confirmed the damage is only cosmetic.

Unauthorized Individuals Homeowners have reported that they have witnessed unauthorized individuals entering porches to use the water or outlets on the back patio. If you witness any suspicious activity, please contact 311 immediately
