Pet Waste

Pet waste in the common area has been a continuous problem in the complex. With the weather warming up, it is expected that residents will be walking the common grounds. This is an excellent way for exercise for both you and your pets. During community inspections, we have observed residents walking their pets without a leashes and not picking up after their them. Please be advised pets must be on a leash when walking in the the common areas. Walking your pet without a leash may lead to a health and safety violation and an immediate fine.

Residents should not have to be cautious walking the complex, see or smell the feces from resident's pets. In order to try and reduce the amount of pet feces around the complex, the Board hired a company that is contracted weekly to pick up feces in the common area and dispose. Not only have they hired a company, they have installed pets stations throughout the complex. We encourage each pet owner to use the pet stations to clean and dispose of properly. Not picking up after your pet, may lead to a health and safety violation and an immediate fine. Please notify management if bags are needed in any of the dog stations.
