By submitting a proposed payment plan you agree to repay the Association the delinquent assessments and related charges with the following repayment plan:   

    

1. All current assessments will be paid by the due date plus   

2. The delinquent assessment will be repaid within three (3) months if the past due amounts equal one year's assessment amount or less.   

   

Please provide all the contact information as requested below in the Help Case.  

   

• Let us know your association and the total delinquent amount owed.   

• Setup a Proposed Repayment Plan amount, owed monthly.  

• Tell us what your current assessment amount.  

• Additional delinquent amount to be paid per month. Delinquent amount divided by 3.   

• Give us the total amount owed to be paid per month.   

   

Please note the following. You understand that you are delinquent in my assessment and you are requesting to be enrolled in the payment plan as stated below. You understand by submitting this request for repayment that if I do not honor the repayment plan, your account will be sent to the Association's trustee for lien and possible foreclosure.
